1. Content Responsibility & Liability

This is the most important section. Please read it carefully.

You are solely responsible for all content you generate using NEXUS AI Pro, including but not limited to images, videos, audio, trained AI models, and any derivative works. NEXUS AI Pro provides the tools — you provide the prompts, configure the models, and initiate generation.

By creating an account and using this platform, you agree that:

• You are fully and legally responsible for all content you create
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• You will follow the terms of service of third-party API providers (Replicate) when using Developer Mode
• You will respect copyright, intellectual property, and privacy rights of others
• You will not generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or non-consensual content
• You will not use generated content to deceive, defraud, defame, harass, or harm any person
• You will not generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• You accept that NEXUS AI Pro, its developers, and affiliates bear no liability for content you create

We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities if we become aware of illegal use of the platform.

2. Service Description

NEXUS AI Pro is a web-based platform (accessible at app.nexus-ai-pro.com) that provides a user interface for interacting with third-party AI model APIs. The platform includes:

• Text-to-Image generation — 11+ models including FLUX, SDXL, Wan 2.2, Ideogram V3
• Image-to-Image generation — Style transfer and image editing
• Image-to-Video generation — Wan 2.2, Kling, MiniMax, Wavespeed
• Text-to-Video generation — Create videos from text prompts
• Motion video generation — Add motion to still images
• Audio generation — ElevenLabs, Google Lyria 2
• Audio/Video transcription — Whisper AI powered
• AI Chat — Llama and other language models
• LoRA Model Training — Train custom AI models on your images

The platform operates in two modes:

• Credit Mode: Users purchase credit packs and the platform uses its own server-side API keys to run AI models. Each generation deducts credits based on the model used.
• Developer Mode: Users subscribe (Monthly or Yearly) and provide their own Replicate API key. All AI processing costs are billed directly to the user's Replicate account.

3. Account Registration

To use NEXUS AI Pro, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them
• Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account
• These Terms & Conditions in their entirety

Account creation is free and includes 45 free credits to try the platform. After free credits are used, you can purchase credit packs or subscribe to Developer Mode.

4. Generation Modes & Costs

Credit Mode (Default)

New users receive 45 free credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased in packs:

• Starter: 100 credits — ₹149
• Popular: 500 credits — ₹499
• Pro: 1,500 credits — ₹999
• Ultimate: 5,000 credits — ₹2,499

Credits are deducted per generation based on the model used. Typical costs range from 3 credits (fast image models) to 200 credits (premium video models). LoRA training costs 500 credits per session. Credits never expire.

Developer Mode (Subscription)

For users who prefer to bring their own Replicate API key:

• Monthly: ₹499/month — access to basic AI models, unlimited generations
• Yearly: ₹2,999/year — access to all models including NSFW models, Wan 2.2/2.5 video, and LoRA training

In Developer Mode, generation costs are billed directly to your Replicate account. We do not charge any markup on API costs.

5. Payment Plans & Billing

NEXUS AI Pro offers the following access plans:

Free Access

Account creation and access to the platform dashboard is free. You can explore the interface and settings without paying. To generate content, you need a paid plan plus your own Replicate API key.

Lifetime Plan — ₹2,999 (one-time)

• One-time payment, no recurring charges from us
• Permanent access to all current and future features
• All model updates included

Monthly Plan — ₹499/month

• Recurring monthly subscription via Razorpay
• Access to all features while subscription is active
• Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Refund Policy

All payments are processed through Razorpay. Since this is a digital service with immediate access:

• Lifetime plan: All sales are final. No refunds after payment.
• Monthly plan: You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

If you experience genuine technical issues, please contact us at support@nexus-ai-pro.com before filing any dispute.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

While NEXUS AI Pro provides access to unrestricted AI models, you must use the platform responsibly. You agree not to:

• Generate content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this is illegal everywhere and will result in immediate account termination and law enforcement referral
• Generate content for the purpose of fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
• Create deepfakes of real persons without their explicit consent
• Generate content that promotes terrorism, violence, or hate
• Use the platform to spam, phish, or distribute malware
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Share your account or API access with unauthorized third parties
• Resell access to the platform or create competing services using our infrastructure

Some models on the platform (Wan 2.2, SDXL Lightning, SDXL 1.0) have no built-in content filters. The availability of unrestricted models does not constitute permission to generate illegal content. You remain fully responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.

7. Privacy & Data

• Account data: We store your name, email, account status, credit balance, and subscription details in AWS DynamoDB. This data is used solely for authentication, account management, and credit tracking.
• API keys: In Developer Mode, your Replicate API key is stored in your browser's local storage only. We do not store your API key on our servers. In Credit Mode, the platform uses server-side API keys managed by NEXUS AI Pro.
• Generated content: We do not store, view, or have access to the content you generate. Images and videos are processed through Replicate's servers and returned directly to your browser.
• Trained models: If you use LoRA training, your trained model metadata (model name, trigger word) is stored in our database. The actual model files are stored on Replicate.
• Payment data: Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your credit card, bank, or UPI details.
• Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the platform.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

• NEXUS AI Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee availability, uptime, or performance of the platform or third-party APIs
• AI model outputs may vary in quality and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations
• We are not responsible for changes to Replicate's pricing, terms, or availability
• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising from your use of the platform or generated content
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features of the platform at any time

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if:

• You violate any of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in illegal activity using the platform
• You abuse the platform or its infrastructure
• You file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. No refund will be provided for terminated accounts that violated these terms.
